WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES ROSE GOLD WELLNESS OFFER?

Rose Gold Wellness shipments are sent using USPS flat rate.

If you need your product faster, you can choose between both our two day and overnight options.

DOES ROSE GOLD WELLNESS SHIP TO ALL 50 STATES?

Rose Gold Wellness can ship anywhere in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska.

DOES ROSE GOLD WELLNESS SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Rose Gold Wellness currently does not ship products internationally.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

For ground shipping please allow one to two business days for your order to process.

Expedited orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends).

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Due to the high volume of orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation that will include both your order number as well as your tracking number.

Use tracking number provided in your email to track your package once it has shipped.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Valrico, FL.

ROSE GOLD WELLNESS SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

Rose Gold Wellness can ship to APO/FPO locations using various carriers. Ground shipping is the only option for delivery to these locations.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact our customer support team at rosegoldwomenswellness@gmail.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. Our customer support team will determine if we are able to adjust the shipping address provided at time of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rose Gold Wellness we care about our customers and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. However due to our automated systems for order fulfillment and shipping, it is crucial that if a cancellation is desired that you contact our customer experience team at rosegoldwomenswellness@gmail.com immediately after purchase.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it. However, because we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will return and refund your product for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
